Delivery Terms & Returns Policy
Essex Supplies will offer a free delivery service, with no minimum order charges on all your orders.Providing you hold a active account and have been cleared for our free delivery service by our team, to your location.
Deliveries outside our current delivery range, are subject to a delivery charge, unless agreed with our team, for free delivery on placing the order.
The company reserves the right to negotiate carriage charges for any order that are not within our delivery range. This would be discussed on receipt of order and before any action taken on your orders.
Damages/Shortages must be noted on drivers delivery notes immediately and notice given to the Company within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please advise by email were possible or telephone then email, to help us log this issues.
Claims for non delivery must be made in via email/telephone (followed up by email) to the Company within 10 days of date shown on the invoice.
Good may be returned to the company after notification & consent from Essex Supplies for a replacement/exchange or full refund. The goods must be received from the customer in good condition, for a credit and refund to be processed. Essex Supplies will aim to replace any merchandise which the customer and Essex Supplies agree to in an unusable condition. No charges will be made for these replacement, if prior agreed between Essex Supplies and the customer.
We try to make our delivery service speedy and reliable, with our own well trained drivers and support system.
