Delivery Terms & Returns Policy
Essex Supplies offer a free delivery service with all our deliveries – providing you are an active customer account holder and are in our delivery catchment. We will notify our customers of any extra delivery charges where applicable.
Deliveries outside our current catchment area are subject to a delivery charge unless an agreement had been made with our sales team.
The company reserves the right to negotiate carriage charges for any order that’s not within our delivery range. This would be discussed on receipt of order and before any action is taken.
Damages and Shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods to either the driver on delivery or the main office so a credit or replacement can be arranged.
Claims for non delivery must be made via email/telephone (followed up by email) to the main office within 3 days of date shown on your invoice.
Goods may be returned unopened and in original packaging to Essex Supplies after notification & consent from either your sales rep or the main office so a replacement, exchange or refund can be issued. The goods must be received from the customer in original packaging and unopened for a credit or refund to be processed. We are happy to replace any faulty products with no charge as long as you have spoken to the main office or your sales rep.
